124 Cruises To Enter Ports Next Year

The restart of cruise operations is underway which has been suspended due to COVID-19, as 124 cruises are planned to enter ports in Jeju next year.

According to next year’s berth allocation plan released by the provincial government, 124 cruises will enter Jeju Port and the Jeju Civilian-Military Complex Port in Seogwipo City from next January.

70 cruises are planned to operate to and from Jeju Port from next January, including cruises heading to Japan and 54 cruises are scheduled to arrive and leave from the Civilian-Military Complex Port from January 4th of next year.

However, the allocation of cruise schedules does not guarantee arrivals of cruises. The resumption of cruise tourism will depend on the decision made by the national government.

코로나19 대유행으로 크루즈선 운항이 중단된 가운데
내년 제주에 100여 척의 입항 일정이 접수돼
크루즈 관광이 재개될지 주목됩니다.

제주도가 공개한 내년도 국제크루즈선 선석 배정 결과에 따르면
내년 1월부터 제주항과 서귀포 민군복합항에
크루즈선 124척에 대한 일정이 배정됐습니다.

제주항에는 내년 1월 1일부터
일본에서 출발하는 크루즈선을 포함해
70편의 일정이 배정됐고 민군복합항에는 1월 4일부터 54편이 입항할 예정입니다.

다만 선석이 배정된 것만으로
실제 해당 크루즈의 입항으로 이어지는 것은 아니어서
우리 정부 측의 크루즈 관광 재개 논의에 따라 결정될 전망입니다.
