Jeju City Imposes ￦18.8B Auto Taxes

Jeju City has imposed a total of 18.8 billion won of automobile taxes with 144,000 cases in December.

The auto taxes are imposed for holding vehicles
from July to December this year
and taxes can be paid from the 16th to 31st.

Taxes for private vehicles, including electric vehicles,
were given deductions from 5% to 50%
based on the vehicle age.

The city government is planning to give 20,000 worth of vouchers
to 162 selected people through a lottery by the 24th.
Successful candidates include taxpayers who pay their taxes early,
pay their yearly auto taxes in lump sum
and pay their auto taxes via automatic transfer.

제주시가 올해 12월 정기분 자동차세로
14만 4천여건에 188억원을 부과 고지했습니다.

올해 7월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 소유기간에 대한 세금으로
납부기간은
오는 16일부터 31일까집니다.

전기차를 포함한 비영업용 승용 자동차는
차령에 따라
5%에서 최고 50%까지 경감돼 차등 부과됐습니다.

제주시는 오는 24일까지
조기납부자와 연세액 납부자,
자동이체 납부자 가운데
162명을 추첨해
2만원의 상품권을 지급할 예정입니다.
