Provincial HR Reshuffle in January

The provincial government is implementing its regular personnel reshuffle for the 1st half of next year on January 12th.

Officials will accept applications for desired positions and announce those subject for promotion. Pre-notification on personnel appointments are scheduled to be released.

The organizational restructuring will focus on promoting Jeju’s New Deal policy and dispatching workers for COVID-19 quarantine in line with the ‘living with COVID-19’ policy.

In particular, as the authority over human resources for the provincial councils will be transferred to the council, it is now accepting applicants.

제주도가 내년 상반기 정기인사를
다음달 12일에 단행한다고 밝혔습니다.

제주도는
희망 보직 접수를 시작으로
승진심사와 인사발령 사전 예고 거쳐
최종 임용한다는 계획입니다.

특히 단계적 일상회복으로 전환을 위한
코로나19 방역 대응에 인력을 집중 배치하고,
제주형 뉴딜 추진에 초점을 맞출 방침입니다.

또 내년부터 지방의회 인사권이 독립됨에 따라
사전 희망자를 받아 도의회 근무 인력을 선정할 예정입니다.
