Apartment Prices Stabilizes

Both apartment sales and rental prices which had been increasing are holding steady here in the province.

The Korea Appraisal Board says local apartment prices rose 0.11% over the week ending December 18th,
0.09% during the previous week and 0.21% over the first week of December.

This increase rate over the week ending December 18th is the 6th highest rate in the nation, followed by
(경상남도) Gyeongsangnam-do,
(전라북도) Jeollabuk-do and
(충청북도) Chungcheongbuk-do provinces.

The increase rate of long-term “Jeonse” rental fees dropped to 0.07% on the 20th, which is the lowest figure in a year.



제주 아파트 매매·전세가격 상승률 '주춤'

고공행진을 보이던 제주지역 아파트 매매가격과 전세가격이 주춤하고 있습니다.

한국부동산원에 따르면 제주지역 아파트 매매가격 상승률은 이달 첫째주 0.21%에서 둘째주에는 0.09%로 감소했고 셋째주 들어서도 0.11% 오르는 데 그쳤습니다.

이 같은 아파트 매매가격 상승률은
경남과 전북, 충북 등에 이어 전국에서 6번째 수준입니다.

아파트 전세가격 상승률도 지난 20일 기준 0.07%까지 떨어지며
1년 만에 최저치를 기록했습니다.
