Jusangjeolli Improved for Next Year

The Seogwipo City Municipal Office will promote a project to revive geological and landscape values of the (주상절리) Jusangjeolli columnar joints along the Jungmun Daepo Coast with the investment of 9.4 billion won
from 2022 through 2024.

The project includes removing sculptures, establishing eco-friendly grasslands with broad flat rock trees and extending the viewing path at the observatory desk.

Seogwipo officials recently received approval of cultural heritage alteration to push forward the project in May.
