New Rules for the New Year

Beginning this year, all car buyers must prove that they have a space to park the vehicle, or the purchase will not be approved.

Vehicles having an engine with a cubic capacity of under 1,500 ccs had been exempted from the policy, but beginning this year purchasers of cars in all size classes are required to prove possession of a space.

The province will financially support parking lot creation with a limit of 50 percent of construction cost. Property purchase costs cannot be subsidized.

Local businesses that have been impacted by the coronavirus can temporarily receive aid for personnel expenses if they hire new employees aged between 19 and 65.
600,000 won will be paid to a business per new employee per year.

A local farmers' annual allowance of 400,000 won will be paid for the first time.
Those who earn less than 37,000,000 won from outside agriculture or farm businesses registered for over two years will be eligible.

Transparent plastic bottles must be separated from other recyclable plastic bottles across the island.
The bottles should be emptied, and their labels should be removed before putting them into bins for transparent bottles.

The Jeju Safety Code, an app that allows visitors to check-in at public places, now has additional functions.

The app can demonstrate one's COVD-19 vaccination status.
This means that the app will still be useful as the nation's vaccination authentication system came into full force last month.



새해부터 달라지는 것…차고지 증명제 전면 확대

올해부터 차고지가 없으면
차량 등록을 제한하는 차고지 증명제가 전면 시행됩니다.

그동안 소형과 경차는 증명제 대상에서 빠졌지만
올해부터
모든 차량으로 확대된 겁니다.

부족한 차고지 확보를 위해
면적에 따라 토지구입비를 제외한
주차장 조성비의
최대 50%까지 지원합니다.

코로나19로 인해 어려운 여건 속에 있는 업체가
청년과 중장년을 채용할 경우
한시적으로 인건비가 지원됩니다.

만 19살부터 39살 이하의 청년과
40살에서 65살 이하의
중장년을 고용한 업체에 대해서는 1년간 한명당 60만원입니다.

농업인들을 대상으로 연간 40만원의 농민수당도 처음으로 지급됩니다.

농업 이외 소득이 3천7백만원 이하거나
농업 경영체 등록 2년 이상 등 일정 조건을 충족하는 경우에만
지급 대상에 포함됩니다.

이르면 신청을 접수해 상반기내 지역 화폐인 '탐나는전'
카드 충전 방식으로 지급됩니다.

제주 전역에서 투명 페트병 분리 배출이 의무화됩니다.

음료수와 생수에 사용됐던 투명 페트병은
내용물을 버리고 라벨을 떼어낸 후
투명 페트병 전용 수거함에 배출해야 합니다.

다중이용시설 전자출입 명부에 활용되던 제주안심코드가
예방접종 여부를 확인 백신패스에도 활용됩니다.

기존 앱에 기능이 보강돼
방문 인증 뿐만 아니라
예방접종 증명 확인도 가능해집니다.
