Maintenance Services for Vacant Houses

The Jeju City government will push forward with surveys on neglected vacant houses in rural areas and maintenance businesses.

Owners who wish to demolish their houses can submit applications for removal to local community centers with the submission of a demolition agreement.

Maintenance businesses will begin work according to the
order of priority decided by on-site investigation.

Jeju City will select successful candidates
with consideration of houses unoccupied for a long time
with environmental hindrance,
structures that can lead areas to crime-ridden districts
and buildings that have the potential to offer as spaces for
public parking lots after removal.

제주시가 읍면동 지역에 방치된 빈집에 대한
실태조사와 정비사업을 추진합니다.

빈집 철거를 희망할 경우
건축주 등이 철거동의서를 첨부해
읍면동 주민센터에 신청하면
현지 실사를 통해 우선 순위에 따라 사업을 추진하게 됩니다.

정비사업 대상은
오랜기간 방치돼 주변 환경을 저해하는 빈집과
청소년 탈선과 우범지대 조성 위험이 있는 건축물,
철거 후 공용주차장으로
토지를 제공할 경우 등을 고려해 선정할 계획입니다.
