Election Briefing Session to be Held Online

Jeju Election Commission will hold a briefing session for candidates of the 2022 local election which is scheduled to be held on June 1st through a non face-to-face method.

The commission said that they will post a video explaining how to register for candidacy and gain information on election campaigns via YouTube.

JEC will also release detailed information
about election affairs through its official website.

The candidate registration for the provincial governor and
superintendent of education will begin from
February 1st and for provincial councilors
will begin on February 18th.

6월 1일 실시되는 지방선거에 따른 예비후보 설명회가
코로나19 여파로 비대면으로 진행됩니다.

제주도선거관리위원회는 예비후보 등록과 선거사무에 필요한 동영상을
유튜브에 게시해 선거정보를 제공한다고 밝혔습니다.

세부적인 안내를 담은 선거사무 책자도
선관위 홈페이지를 통해 공개하기로 했습니다.

한편 지방선거 예비후보자 등록은
도지사와 교육감의 경우 다음달(2월) 1일,
도의원은 다음달(2월) 18일부터 시작됩니다.
