Restoring Illegally Damaged Forests

The Jeju Municipal Police will conduct an inspection on whether the orders to restore illegally damaged forests have been followed properly for a month.

Accordingly, the police will organize a special inspection team
with two city offices.

They will patrol the forests by drones and conduct trace monitoring.
In Jeju, 247 cases have been caught for damaging forests illegally
for three years since 2019.

한 달 동안 전수조사에 돌입합니다.

이에따라 각 행정시와 함께
산림전담 수사반을 특별 편성하고,
드론을 활용한 산림순찰과
추적 모니터링을 진행할 예정입니다.

제주에서 적발된 불법 산림훼손 행위는
지난 2019년부터 3년 동안 247건입니다.
