Origin Labeling Inspections Conducted

The inspection on origin labeling will be conducted at popular tourist sites.

The Jeju office of the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service said that the inspection will focus on popular spots, such as well-known cafes promoted on social media, which are selected through prior investigation.

Thus, the inspection on origin labeling will be conducted through the 28th.

In addition, apart from this inspection, the office plans to monitor whether origin is marked at local specialties and products sold through mail order houses.

관광객들이 많이 찾는 이른바 핫플레이스에 대한
원산지 단속이 이뤄집니다.

국립농산물품질관리원 제주지원은
최근 SNS 등에 유명하다고 알려진 카페 등에 대한 사전조사를 거쳐
의심 업소 대상을 선정했다고 밝혔습니다.

이에따라 오는 28일까지
해당 업소에 단속반을 투입해 원산지표시 집중 단속을 실시할 계획입니다.

국립농산물품질관리원 제주지원은
이번 단속과 별도로 제주산 특산품과 통신판매에 대한
원산지표시 여부에 대해 자체 모니터링을 진행하기로 했습니다.
