Cherry Blossom Festivals Canceled

Some events held in spring will be canceled or
simplified this year due to the spread of COVID-19.

According to the Jeju City Municipal Office,
the Cherry Blossom Festival which has been held every year
at (전농로) Jeonnong-ro,
and another Cherry Blossom Festivals held in Aewol will all be canceled due to COVID-19.

However, as cherry blossom streets will not be closed,
visitors can still enjoy the flowers.

The Jeju Canola Flower Festival will be held from the end of this month through April 10th at Pyoseon as scheduled,
but the festival will be held using a drive-thru method
followed by last year.



코로나19 여파 제주왕벚꽃축제 취소

코로나19 여파로 올해도 봄꽃 축제들이 취소되거나
축소됩니다.

제주시 등에 따르면
전농로에서 매년 열렸던 제주왕벚꽃축제와
애월읍 장전리 벚꽃축제가 코로나 여파로 취소됐습니다.

다만 벚꽃길은 통제하지 않아 관람은 가능합니다.

제주유채꽃 축제는
이달 말부터 다음달 10일까지 서귀포시 표선면 가시리에서
예정대로 열리지만
지난해에 이어 '드라이브 인' 방식의 비대면 행사로 진행됩니다.
