School Field Trip Expenses Provided for Students

Starting this year, financial support for high school field trips will be expanded to all of the high schools in Jeju.

The Jeju Provincial Office of Education said that all students at high schools in Jeju will receive 400,000 won a year for school trip expenses to offer equal opportunities to students.

The school trip expenses were provided to students in nine schools in 2020 and the program has been expanded to 30 high schools this year.

Previously, the POE has offered field trip expenses
for students at all elementary, middle and special schools.



도내 모든 고등학교에 수학여행비 지원

올해부터 수학여행비 지원이 제주도내 모든 고등학교로
확대됩니다.

제주도교육청은
학생들에게 체험학습 기회를 균등하게 제공하기 위해
고등학생 1명에 40만원씩 수학여행비를 지원한다고
밝혔습니다.

고등학생 수학여행비 지원은 지난 2020년 9개교부터 시작해
올해 도내 30개 고등학교 전체로 확대됐습니다.

교육청은 앞서 모든 초등학교와 중학교, 특수학교에
수학여행비를 지원해왔습니다.
