Project Details Released for Ido Jugong Apartment

The Jeju City Municipal Office will release the details of the authorization for project implementation on the reconstruction of (이도 주공 아파트) Ido Jugong Apartment Complex 2 and 3.

The details of the reconstruction projects consulted between the reconstruction association and related departments
will be released to the residents for viewing.

The reconstruction project will expand the current apartment complex
which has 5 floors and 18 buildings with a total of 769 households
to 14 floors, 13 buildings with 871 households.

The disclosing period is by March 30th
and Jeju City will decide the authorization for project implementation
after reviewing submitted opinions and after deciding
whether to reflect the opinions in the project.

The redevelopment project union
plans to start the construction in August 2023
after receiving the project approval and expects to
complete the construction by December, 2025.


이도주공 2·3단지 재건축 사업시행인가 공람

제주시가 이도주공 2.3단지 아파트 재건축을 위한
사업시행인가 주민공람을 실시합니다.

기존 5층 18동 769세대에서
14층 13동 871세대의 재건축을 추진하면서
그동안 관련부서와
조합간 협의를 거친 세부 사업내용에 대한 주민공람입니다.

공람기간은 오는 30일까지이며,
제주시는 제출된 의견을 심사한 후 반영여부를 결정하고
최종 사업시행인가를 처리할 계획입니다.

재건축 조합은 사업시행인가 후
내년 8월에 착공해
2025년 12월 준공을 목표로 추진하고 있습니다.
