Measures in Place to Eradicate Power Tripping

The province will implement measures to eradicate power tripping in public organizations.

The provincial office will establish a consultation and report center with anonymity. Also, surveys will be conducted twice a year by employees.

In addition, the province will prevent victims from having
secondary damage and conduct psychological consultation.

They will also promote the campaign eradicating power tripping
with related organizations.

공직사회 상호 존중 문화를 조성하기 위해
갑질 근절 대책을 시행한다고 밝혔습니다.

먼저 익명의 상담·제보센터를 구축하고
전담 직원을 지정해 연 2회 실태조사를
실시할 예정입니다.

또 피해자 보호를 위해
2차피해 방지와 심리 상담을 진행하고
청렴사회 민관협의회를 구성해
갑질 근절 캠페인을 벌일 계획입니다.
