Official House Appraisals in Seogwipo City

Seogwipo City authorities are releasing the official values of 35,000 houses in the area and are receiving objections.

The appraisals are based on values as of January first this year.

Suggestions can be made and individual housing prices are available at the Seogwipo City Hall and local community centers
and Seogwipo City Hall website through April 11th.

After objections are made, authorities will review the objections and the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee will deliberate the requests.
Final appraisals will then be released on April 29th.

서귀포시가
올해 1월 1일 기준으로 산정한
개별주택 3만 5천호에 대한 가격안을 공개하고 의견을 접수합니다.

열람과 의견제출은 다음달 11일까지이며
본청이나 읍면동주민센터, 홈페이지 등을 통해 가능합니다.

제출된 의견에 대해서는
검증 후
부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐
다음달 29일 최종 결정 공시하게 됩니다.
