COVID-19 Vaccinations Available for Young Children

COVID-19 vaccinations for young children have started in Jeju. The provincial government said that COVID-19 vaccinations for children aged between 5 and 11 have been initiated at local designated medical institutions.

Young children will be inoculated with Pfizer vaccines
using one-third of the dosage amount used for an adult.
The second vaccination shot will be given
after eight weeks from the first inoculation.

Pre-reservations can be made through the website of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.
Vaccinations are also available on the same day
of making reservations via designated medical institutions.



5~11세 소아 대상 코로나 백신 접종 시작

제주에서도 소아 대상 코로나19 백신 접종이
시작됐습니다.

제주도는 도내 20개 지정 위탁의료기관에서
5살에서 11살까지
소아를 대상으로 백신 접종을 실시한다고 밝혔습니다.

소아는 별도로 개발된 화이자 백신을
성인의 1/3 수준으로 접종하며
1차 접종 8주 뒤 2차 접종을 진행합니다.

사전예약은 누리집을 통해 가능하며
의료기관 예비명단으로
당일 접종도 예약할 수 있습니다.
