Local Housing Prices Increase This Year

Housing prices in Jeju City and Seogwipo City rose by 7.08% and 8.04%, respectively compared to last year based on released housing prices by city offices.

In Jeju City, housing prices in (우도) Udo showed the largest increase,
that is 11.61%, followed by (연동) Yeon-dong with 10.3%.

However, housing in (건입동) Geonip-dong shows the smallest growth of its price, which is 2.92%.

Both Jeju City and Seogwipo City offices will accept comments on the appraised values through the 30th and after going through related procedures, re-appraised values will be posted on June 24th.

올해 개별주택가격을 결정 공시한 가운데
제주시는 지난해보다 7.08%,
서귀포시는 8.04% 상승했습니다.

제주시의 경우
우도면이 11.61%로 가장 큰 상승폭을 보였고
다음이 연동으로 10.3%를 기록했습니다.

반면 건입동은 2.92%로 상승폭이 가장 낮았습니다.

양 행정시는
이번달 30일까지 이의신청을 받고
관련 절차를 거쳐
6월 24일 재조정 공시하게 됩니다.
