New Administration Confirms National Agendas

Yoon Suk-yeol’s administration has confirmed its national agenda which includes the promotion of the 2nd airport in Jeju and promoting Jeju as a global attractive tourist destination.

Ahn Cheol-soo, the head of the President-elect's transition team, presented 110 agenda items of the administration.

The presented items include promotion of constructing local airports, which is the task of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, to travel from one side of the country to another within two hours. The task includes the construction of the 2nd airport in Jeju.

The tasks of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism contain making Jeju an attractive global tourist city and establishing and executing a tourism promotion plan for Jeju.

제주도와 관련해서는
제2공항 추진과 세계적 명품관광도시 육성이 포함됐습니다.

안철수 대통령직인수위원장은
지난 6주간의 활동 내역을 담은
윤석열 정부의 110대 국정과제를 발표했습니다.

이 가운데 제주와 관련해서는
국토교통부 업무 중
'빠르고 편리한 교통 혁신' 과제로
제2공항 등 권역별 거점공항 추진을 통한
전국 2시간 생활권 조성이 제시됐습니다.

문화체육관광부 업무로
제주를 세계적 명품관광도시로 육성하고
특화된 관광진흥계획을 수립해
집행한다는 방안도 국정과제에 담겼습니다.
