Ido Jugong Apartment Reconstruction Approved

The reconstruction of (이도 주공) Ido Jugong Apartment Complex 2 and 3 have received final approval from the Jeju City Municipal Office.

The Jeju City Municipal Office has authorized the implementation plan of the reconstruction project submitted by the housing reconstruction association
of (이도 주공) Ido Jugong Apartment Complex 2 and 3
and Jeju City announced its authorization.

The reconstruction project has been approved eight years after initiating the project in 2014.

The reconstruction project will expand the 34-year-old apartment complex
to 14 floors with three floors in the basement and 13 buildings
with a total of 871 households.

제주시로부터 최종 인가를 받았습니다.

제주시는
이도주공 2,3단지 재건축조합이 신청한
사업 시행계획을 인가하고
최종 고시했습니다.

지난 2014년 안전진단을 받으면서
재건축 사업을 시작한 이후
8년 만에 최종 인가를 받게 됐습니다.

이에 따라
지은 지 34년 된 현재 아파트 단지에는
앞으로 지하 3층 지상 14층 규모의
13개 단지 867 세대가 들어설
예정입니다.
