Local Currency Accepted at Hanaro Mart

Jeju's local currency "Tamnaneun Jeon" can be used at the branches of Hanaro Mart in Jeju.

According to the provincial office, 15 branches of Hanaro Mart and Aewol branch of Hanaro Mart were added to the list of stores at which the local currency can be used from June 1st.

Hence, local currency can be used at all 46 branches of Hanaro Mart in Jeju.

Meanwhile, the Jeju office of the Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise asked the provincial government to set up measures to support local small business owners, such as the use of Nonghyup gift certificates of and closing Hanaro Mart twice a month.

제주특별자치도에 따르면
오늘부터
동지역 하나로마트 15곳과
애월 하귀농협 하나로마트가 가맹점으로 추가됐습니다.

이에따라 도내 46군데의
모든 농축협하나로마트에서 탐나는전을 사용할 수 있게 됐습니다.

한편 제주도소상공인연합회는
농협상품권의 소상공인 매장 사용과
하나로마트의 월 2회 휴무 등의
상생방안 마련을 제주도에 요구했습니다.
