152 Units of Apartment Built in Gangjeong

Apartment houses with 152 households will be built near Innovative City at Gangjeong-dong, Seogwipo City.

The provincial government said that the officials submitted the environmental impact assessment of the apartment housing construction project in (강정동) Gangjeong-dong that is handed in by the (강정) Gangjeong housing association to the provincial council.

The project includes constructing four-storey apartment housings
with 152 units and community facilities in the complex at the site of
22,000 square meters in (강정동) Gangjeong-dong.

The environmental impact assessment stipulates measures to prevent
inflows of legally protected species into the construction sites and
minimize damages caused by construction vibrations.

강정동 공동주택 건설사업 환경영향평가서 동의안을
제주도의회에 제출했다고 밝혔습니다.

이 사업은 서귀포시 강정동 2만2천800여 제곱미터 부지에
4층짜리 공동주택 152세대와 공동이용시설 등을 조성하는 내용입니다.

환경영향평가서에는 공사 부지와 주변에 법정보호종 유입을 막고
공사 진동 피해를 최소화하는 방안이 담겼습니다.
