New Roe Deers Born at Observation Center

Baby roe deers were born recently at the Roe Deer Observation Center in Jeju City.

A total of six roe deers were born and they were cared for with attention to reduce the stress of the mother roe deers.

In particular, more baby roe deers are expected to be born,
thus the center plans to enhance their breeding facilities and
its nutrition management system.

The Roe Deer Observation Center will allow visitors to
observe the baby roe deers they have gone through
adaptive training which helps them adjust to live with fellow roe deers.



노루생태관찰원, 새끼노루 잇따라 태어나

제주시 노루생태관찰원에서
최근 새끼노루가 잇따라 태어난 것으로 확인됐습니다.

이번에 태어난 새끼노루는 모두 6마리로
그동안 어미 노루의 스트레스를 최소화하기 위해
특별 관리해 왔습니다.

특히 당분간 새끼 노루가 더 태어날 것으로 전망돼
사육 공간 개선과 영양관리를 강화할 방침입니다.

노루생태관찰원은
새끼 노루들이 다른 노루와 함께 살 수 있도록
적응훈련을 거친 후 관람객들에게 공개할 예정입니다.
