Public Housing to be Built in Yeon-dong

The public housing construction project will be pushed forward in the site next to the Korea Association of Health Promotion Medicheck located in Yeon-dong, Jeju City.

The provincial government reported to the provincial council that the public housing development project received exemption from the investment examination from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.

The project includes the construction of a 5-storey public housing with 96 units as well as convenience facilities at the 2,000 square meter site. A total of 57.7 billion won will be invested in the project.

The province will make a contract of investment in kind, stipulating the contribution of the land with the Jeju Provincial Development Corporation. Then the construction will initiate in January, 2024 after completing the working design.

공공임대주택 개발 사업이 추진됩니다.

제주도는
연동 통합공공임대주택 복합개발 사업과 관련해
행정안전부로부터
지방재정 투자심사 면제 사업으로 통보됐다고
도의회에 보고했습니다.

이 사업은
연동 건강관리협회 옆
약 2천 제곱미터 부지에 지상 13층 규모로
공공임대주택 96세대와
근린생활시설 등을 갖추는 것으로
사업비 577억 원이 투입됩니다.

제주도는 다음 달 중
제주개발공사에 토지를 현물출자하는 데 따른 계약을 체결하고
실시설계용역에 착수해 2024년 1월 공사를 시작할 계획입니다.
