More Unmanned Cameras Installed

The Jeju City Municipal Office installed 18 unmanned cameras to crack down illegal parking to foster a safe walking environment for children.

Unmanned cameras were installed at 14 sites, including Jeju National University of Educational Elementary School and near Hanbit Apartment in Nohyeong-dong. After pilot operation through August, the crackdown on illegal parking will be conducted.

Currently, 286 unmanned cameras are installed in Jeju City and 12 cameras mounted on buses are in operation.

제주시가
어린이 보행환경 조성을 위해
불법 주정차 무인단속카메라 18대를 신규 설치했습니다.

설치된 장소는
사대부설초등학교와 노형 한빛아파트 앞 등 14곳으로
오는 8월까지 시범운영 기간을 거쳐
불법 주정차 단속에 나설 예정입니다.

현재 제주시에는 고정형 무인 단속카메라 286대가 설치돼 있으며
버스탑재형 12대가 운행 중입니다.
