Safety Inspections Held At Ports

With recent fires onboard ships, emergency safety inspections will be conducted at ports located in the province.


Starting from August 12th, the Jeju Fire and Safety Headquarters will initiate inspections starting with 6 ports at Jeju Port and Halrim Port and later eventually will inspect 106 ports in the province.

Plans include to immediately supplement facilities that are poorly managed.




소방본부, 도내 항포구 내 소방시설 긴급 점검

최근 항포구에서 선박화재가 잇따르면서
도내 모든 항포구내 소방시설에 대한
긴급 안전점검이 이뤄집니다.


제주소방안전본부는 다음달 12일까지
한달 동안 제주항과 한림항 등
선박들이 겹쳐 접안하는 항만 6개를 시작으로
도내 항포구 106개에 설치된
모든 소방시설에 대한 전수조사를 진행합니다.

조사 결과 시설 관리가 제대로 이뤄지지 않은 경우 즉시 설치 기관에 통보해 보완해 나갈 계획입니다.
