96.3 Bil in Property Taxes for July

The province announced that it levied a total of 96.375 billion won of property tax in July.

This is an increase of 5.1 billion won and 5.7 percent increase from 91.2 billion won last year.

Property tax payments are subject to building, housing, and ship owners as of June 1st this year, and the payment period is until the 1st of next month.

An additional 3% will be charged when deadlines are missed and installment payments are supported for amounts that exceed 2.5 million won.




제주도, 7월 정기분 재산세 963억 원 부과

제주도가 올해 7월 정기분 재산세 963억 7천 5백만 원을 부과했다고 밝혔습니다.

이는 지난해 912억 원보다 51억 원,
5.7% 증가한 규모입니다.


재산세 납부 대상은 올해 6월 1일 기준
건축물이나 주택, 선박 소유자로
납부 기간은 다음달 1일까지입니다.


납부 기한을 넘길 경우
3%의 가산금이 추가로 부과되며
납부세액이 250만원을 초과할 경우
분할 납부가 가능합니다.
