Promotion on Provincial Healing Farms

Jeju Agricultural Research and Extension Services will invest 230 million won in this year's budget to promote a pilot project to develop healing farms.

Accordingly, in February eight locations have been selected to be promoted as healing farms.

These 8 healing farms will develop healing programs and contribute to the physical and mental health of urban residents.

The Institute of Agriculture and Technology plans to utilize the data to increase the differentiation from existing rural experiences and further develop the capabilities of each farm.



농업기술원, 치유농장 시범 사업 추진…8곳 조성

제주도 농업기술원이 올해 예산 2억 3천만 원을 투입해 치유농장 조성 시범사업을 추진합니다.

이에따라 지난 지난 2월 대상자를 선정하고 치유농장 8곳을 조성했다고 밝혔습니다.

이들 치유농장에서는 수요자에 맞춘 치유 프로그램을 개발해 도시민들의 신체적, 정신적 건강에 기여하게 됩니다.

농업기술원은 향후 치유 효과 데이터를 구축해 기존 농촌체험과 차별성을 높이고 농장별 역량을 키워나갈 계획입니다.
