Extended Rent Fee for Public Property

The province will extend the rent reduction for public property buildings for another six months.

The additional reduction period is from this month to the end of the year, and tenants can apply to the administrative department where their lease has been signed.

Those who have already paid their rent can also receive a refund.

A total of 690 million won has been reduced in the first half of this year.



공유재산 건물 임대료 감면 6개월 연장


제주도가 공유재산 건물 임대료 감면조치를 올 하반기까지 6개월 연장합니다.

추가 감면기간은 이달부터 올해 말까지이며 임차인이 임대차 계약을 맺은 행정부서에 신청하면 됩니다.

임대료를 이미 납부한 경우에도 감면분을 돌려받을 수 있습니다.

제주도는 올해 상반기 공유재산 임대료 6억 9천만 원을 감면했습니다.
