Samhwa Buyoung Apt Reappeal Canceled

(삼화 부영) Samhwa Booyoung Apartment in Jeju City which has been under controversy over its high estate prices, will be sold at its existing appraisal price.

According to Jeju City, a re-evaluation was canceled as the tenant delegation
did not deposit the appraisal within the deadline.

Since Booyoung Apartment submitted a sales conversion report based on its existing appraisal amount, Jeju City agreed to proceed the sales to 642 households.


The sale price proposed in March is between 510 million won and 530 million won based on 84 square meters of exclusive area.

Meanwhile, Jeju City announced that it will offer administrative support for the conversion of maturity sales as the third and sixth lease period expires next year.



삼화부영 재감정 취소…기존 감정가로 분양

고분양가 논란이 일고있던 제주시 삼화부영아파트가 재감정 없이 기존 감정가로 분양됩니다.

제주시에 따르면 임차인대표단 측이
법에서 정한 기한 내에
감정평가 비용을 예치하지 않으면서
재감정 철차가 취소됐습니다.

이에 부영주택이 기존 감정평가 금액을 기준으로 분양전환 신고서를 제출함에 따라 제주시는 당초 분양전환에 동의한 1천100여 세대 가운데 합의서를 작성한 642세대에 대한
분양전환을 처리했습니다.

앞서 지난 3월 제시된 분양가는 전용면적 84㎡ 기준 5억1천에서 5억3천여 만원 수준입니다.


한편 제주시는 내년 부영 3차와 6차의 임대의무기간이 종료되는 만큼 만기 분양전환에 대비한 행정지원 대책을 마련하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
