Housing Appraisals Open Until the 24th

Jeju City will open individual housing prices and accept opinions until the 24th.

Appraisals will be open for 815 homes that were either newly built, expanded, divided or merged and can be checked at the Jeju City Tax Division, community centers, and online.

Re-evaluation for objections will be conducted by the Municipal Land Appraisal Committee and posted on the 29th of next month.

제주시가 오는 24일까지 개별주택가격 열람과 의견 제출 기간을 운영합니다.

열람 대상은 신축과 증축, 분할 합병된 개별주택 815호로 제주시 세무과와 읍면동 주민센터, 홈페이지에서 확인이 가능합니다.

주택가격에 의견이 있는 경우
의견서를 제출하면
재검증과 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 다음달 29일자로 결정 공시하게 됩니다.
