Real Estate Online Verification In Operation

Seogwipo City will implement an online self-inspection system for real estate brokerage offices.

The online self-inspection system allows licensed real estate agents to self-check on compliance with the Certified Real Estate Agents Act.

The inspection is done online by accessing the Seogwipo City website and filling out a questionnaire online.

Seogwipo City will conduct separate on-site inspections for complaints from brokerage offices that do not participate in the online self-inspection system.

서귀포시가 부동산 공인중개사무소를 대상으로 온라인 자율점검제를 실시합니다.

온라인 자율점검제는 개업공인중개사가 스스로 공인중개법 준수사항 이행 여부를 온라인 점검표를 통해 체크할 수 있도록 하는 제도입니다.

온라인 점검은 공인중개사가 서귀포시 홈페이지에 접속해 문답 형식의 자율점검표를 작성하는 방법으로 이뤄집니다.

서귀포시는 온라인 자율점검제에 참여하지 않는 중개사무소의 민원 신고에 대해서는
별도 현장 점검을 실시할 예정입니다.
