Local Currency Users Increase With Discounts

As discounts are resumed for local currency (탐나는전) Tamnaneunjeon, this is boosting the use of credit card users on the island.

The Province has been offering onsite discounts for certain stores since the 10th promoting use of benefits, which have tripled from April with an average of 7,500 people per day for a week, three times more than April.

Currently, merchants with less than 1 billion annual sales offer a 5% discount for onsite purchases, while traditional markets, shopping malls, low-cost stores, and community stores provide a 10% discount.

Jeju Island is planning a special discount event that offers a 10 percent discount in time for the Korea Sale Festa, which will start in November.




탐나는전 할인혜택 재개되면서 이용객 다시 늘어


탐나는전 할인혜택이 재개되고 전도민 재난지원금이 지원되면서 카드 이용객도 늘고 있습니다.

제주특별자치도가 지난 10일부터
가맹점 이용에 따른 현장할인 혜택을 제공중인 가운데 일주일동안 하루 평균 7천 500명이 이용해 혜택이 중단된 지난 4월에 비해 3배 정도 증가했습니다.

현재 연 매출액 기준 10억 이하의 가맹점에서 탐나는전을 사용할 경우 결제금액의 5%를 현장에서 할인해주고 있고
전통시장과 상점가, 착한가격업소,
사회적 기업에는 5%를 더해
10%의 혜택을 제공하고 있습니다.

제주도는 오는 11월부터 시작되는 코리아세일페스타에 맞춰 10%의 할인 혜택을 제공하는 특별할인행사를 구상하고 있습니다.
