60% Paid for Unexecuted Urban Plans

The land compensation rate for long-term unexecuted urban planning facilities in Jeju City exceeds 60%.

According to Jeju City, the purchase of private land for 23 parks, unexecuted urban planning facilities, excluding special private cases amounts to 1,456,000 square meters, accounting for 62% of the total target area.

So far, the budget has reached 321 billion won.

This year alone, 22 places, including (사라봉) Sarabong Park, are being invested with 199.9 billion won in land purchase projects.

Starting next year, Jeju City plans to promote long-term unexecuted urban planning facilities on an annual basis, starting with children's parks.




장기미집행 도시계획시설 토지 보상률 60% 넘어


제주시 지역의 장기 미집행 도시계획시설에 편입된 토지 보상작업률이 60%를 넘고 있습니다.

제주시에 따르면 민간특례 등을 제외한 장기 미집행 도시계획시설인 공원 23개소에 대한 사유지 매입 실적은 145만 6천 제곱미터로 전체 대상의 62%를 보이고 있습니다.

현재까지 투입된 예산은 3천 210억원에 이르고 있습니다.

올해만 하더라도 사라봉공원을 포함해 22개소에 대해 사업비 1천 99억원을 투입해 토지 매입사업을 진행하고 있습니다.

제주시는 내년부터 어린이공원을 시작으로 장기미집행 도시계획시설을 연차별로 추진할 계획입니다.
