Women's Film Festival Opens on 28th

The 23rd Jeju Women's Film Festival will be held at CGV Jeju for five days from the 28th until the 2nd of next month.

‘Higher in the Strong Wind’ is the theme for this year and more than 50 films will be screened to promote the importance of women's human rights and gender equality.

In particular, the winning film of the short film contest will be announced at the closing ceremony.

During the festival, there will also be events for audience to participate and meet with directors.




제23회 제주여성영화제 28일 개막…50여 편 상영


제23회 제주여성영화제가 오는 28일부터 다음달 2일까지 5일동안 CGV제주점에서 열립니다.

'거센 바람에 더 높게'를 주제로 열리는 이번 영화제에서는 여성 인권과 양성평등의 중요성을 알리기 위한 50여 편의 영화가 상영될 예정입니다.

특히 단편영화 공모 당선작은 관객심사단 심사를 거쳐 폐막식에서 발표됩니다.

영화제 기간 동안 씨네토크 프로그램인 감독과의 대화 등 관객이 직접 참여해 즐길 수 있는 행사도 마련됩니다.
