3 Trillion Won to Promote Fishing Villages


The government plans to invest 3 trillion in business expenses over the next five years to revitalize small fishing villages that are on the verge of extinction.

The project aims at improving the economic and living conditions of 300 small fishing villages nationwide. Support will be customized to each village and will include human resource support.

The government plans to create 36,000 jobs and increase the living population by more than 20,000.

The province plans to have administrative cities participate in the bidding.




정부, 어촌 신활력증진사업 추진…5년간 3조 원 투입


소멸 위기에 처한 어촌을 살리기 위해 정부가 앞으로 5년 동안 사업비 3조원을 투입해 어촌신활력증진사업에 나섭니다.

이번 사업은 전국 300개 어촌을 대상으로 경제·생활 환경 개선과 신규 인력 정치 지원 등
어촌 생활권 규모와 특성에 맞춰 진행됩니다.

정부는 이를 통해 오는 2030년까지 어촌 일자리 3만 6천개를 창출하고 생활인구도 2만명 이상 증가시킨다는 목표입니다.

제주도는 행정시를 통해 어촌신활력증진사업 공모에 적극적으로 참여할 방침입니다.
