Jeju Investigates to Block Speculation


The province will investigate the actual usage of agricultural land by the end of this year to prevent farmland speculation.

Investigations will target 3,774 ha of farmland including accredited land acquired within the last five years, and land owned by agricultural corporations.

The focus will be on illegal lease, unauthorized cultivations, conversions and use of farm huts.

For any violations, the government will file a complaint with the judicial authorities and take administrative measures.





제주시, '투기 차단' 농지이용실태조사 실시


제주시가 농지 투기를 차단하기 위해 올해 말까지 농지이용실태를 전수조사합니다.

조사 대상은 최근 5년 이내 농지취득자격증명이 발급된 농지와 농업법인 소유 농지 등 3천 774ha입니다.
주요 조사 내용은 농지 불법 임대차, 무단 휴경 여부, 불법 형질변경된 농지와 농막 적법 이용 여부 등입니다.

위반 여부가 확인되면 행정처분과 함께 사법기관에 고발한다는 방침입니다.
