Public Officers Caught for DUI

Over the past five years, 19 public officers of the Jeju POE have received disciplinary actions for driving under the influence of alcohol or sexual misconduct.

According to lawmaker (이태규) Lee Tae-gyu of the People Power Party, 13 POE members were caught driving under the influence of alcohol, and 6 employees were charged with sexual misconducts.

8 of them faced light punishment such as salary reduction or a reprimand, 7 were suspended or demoted, and 4 were dismissed.




'음주·성비위' 적발 교육청 교직원 19명


최근 5년간 제주도교육청 공무원 가운데 19명이
음주나 성비위로 징계를 받은 것으로 드러났습니다.

국회 국민의힘 이태규 의원에 따르면
지난 2018년부터 지난 달까지
제주도교육청 교직원 가운데
13명은 음주운전, 6명은 성비위로 적발됐습니다.

감봉과 견책 같은 경징계가 8명으로 가장 많았고
정직과 강등은 7명, 4명은 해임 처분을 받았습니다.
