Jeju City Imposes Charges for Traffic

Jeju City imposed 3.67 billion won for traffic generation charges on some 3,800 cases this year.

The imposed charges were reduced to 21.3% due to the lifting of social distancing.

As a result, the amount of the charges this year increased by 58.2% and 1.35 billion won over the previous year.

Jeju stated that a 3% of additional dues can be charged for overdue payments, and urged for transactions to be closed by the end of the month.




제주시, 교통유발부담금 36억 원 부과…경감률 축소


제주시가 올해 교통유발부담을 3천 800여건에 36억 7천만원 부과했습니다.

올해 교통유발부담금은 사회적거리두기 해제로 경감률이 21.3%로 축소돼 부과됐습니다.

이에 따라 올해 교통유발부담금 규모는 지난해보다 58.2%, 13억 5천여 만원 증가한 것으로 집계됐습니다.

제주시는 납부기한이 지날 경우 3%의 가산금이 부과될 수 있다며, 이달말까지 납부해 줄 것을 당부했습니다.
