Local Tax Arrears Strengthened

The province will strengthen its collection of local tax arrears until the end of this year.

Seizure and collection will be carried out quickly following investigation of deposits, stocks, virtual assets, trade receivables.
In addition, a list of 231 habitual delinquents with large amounts that proceed 10 million won will be released.

In particular, high-end vehicles or fake registration vehicles owned by closed corporations will be tracked for public sale, and vehicles in arrears will be towed.

In addition, the assets of those who are suspected of concealment will be seized.

Currently, the local delinquent tax is 817 billion won.




지방세 체납액 징수 강화…압류·추심 적극 활용


제주특별자치도가 연말까지 지방세 체납액 징수활동을 강화합니다.

이를 위해 예금이나 주식, 가상자산, 매출채권, 급여 등을 조사해 압류와 추심을 신속히 추진하고 1천만원 이상 고액 상습 체납자 231명의 명단을 공개합니다.

특히 고액 상습체납자의 고급 차량이나 폐업법인 소유의 대포차량을 추적해 공매를 실시하고 경찰과의 합동단속을 통해 고질 체납차량을 강제 견인조치합니다.

이와 함께 재산 은닉이 의심되는 체납자에 대해서는 가택수색으로 동산 압류에도 나설 방침입니다.

현재 체납된 지방세는 817억원에 이르고 있습니다.
