Jeju city will finish building 26 parking lots in vacant areas of the city by the end of the year.

During the first half of this year, Jeju city selected 11 vacant areas of which the landowners applied for the parking lot construction project. The city said it invested 420 million won to build the parking lots in 11 vacant areas and are the in final stages of construction.

In addition, 15 vacant areas have been selected for the second half of the year. A total of 560 million won has been injected and construction is underway.

The landowners who participated in the parking lot project will be eligible for property tax reduction.

공한지 주차장 조성사업을 추진하고 지난달 마무리했다고 밝혔습니다.

하반기 조성사업도 15곳이 선정돼
사업비 5억 6천여 만원이 투입돼 현재 공사가 진행중이며
연내 완공을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

공한지 주차장 조성사업에 참여한 토지주에게는
재산세 감면 혜택이 제공됩니다.
