Over 15,000 people have benefitted from airfare discounts offered by Jeju Air to bereaved family members of the Jeju 4·3 Incident.

Since April 2018, Jeju Air has offered discounts of up tp 50% to bereaved family members of the Jeju 4·3 Incident for all domestic flights from Jeju.

Accordingly, a total of 338 bereaved family members received a discount in 2018. Until the last day of the previous month, more than 15,000 people including 288 survivors and 14,700 bereaved family members of the incident have received discounts.

Currently 17% of a total 88,000 are registered as survivors and bereaved family members of Jeju 4·3.

제주항공은 지난 2018년 4월부터
제주기점 국내선 모든 항공편에 대해
항공료의 최고 50%를 할인해주고 있습니다.

이에 따라 첫해 383명의 4.3유족들이 이용한 것으로 시작으로
지난달까지 생존희생자 288명, 유족 1만4천700여 명 등
모두 1만5천여 명이 항공운임 할인혜택을 받았습니다.

이는 현재 제주에 등록된 생존희생자와 유족 8만8천여 명의 17%정도에 이르는 규모입니다.
