Jeju receives its 1st application for employment permission of new non-professional foreign workers next year.

Under the consideration of serious labor shortage in the field, applications will be received from the 14th to the 24th, approximately two months earlier than usual.

Business owners must first proceed to recruit Korean nationals before submitting their application.

Results of issuance of the permits will be announced on the 9th of the upcoming month.

Jeju plans to adjust the issuance of employment permission to be deployed at workplaces through prompt entry from the beginning of next year.

제주도가 내년 1회차 신규 비전문 외국인력에 대한 고용허가 신청서를 접수합니다.

현장의 심각한 구인난을 고려해 예년에 비해 두달 정도 앞당겨 오는 14일부터 24일까지 이뤄집니다.

사업주는 신청서 제출 전에 반드시 내국인 구인 노력을 거쳐야 합니다.

고용허가서 발급 대상 사업장 결과는 다음달 9일 발표됩니다.

제주도는 고용허가 발급 건에 대해 내년 초부터 신속한 입국을 통해 사업장에 배치하도록 조정할 계획입니다.
