Jeju will investigate the actual conditions of 30 registered real estate development firms.

By the end of the month, Investigations will be conducted on s ubmission of own inspection sheets and lease contracts, followed by the field survey for insufficient companies.

Investigations will focus on compliance with registration requirements, capital & executive management, unclaimed changes or business profits.

To date, Jeju has imposed 18 fines and 7 registration cancellations last year.

제주특별자치도가 부동산개발업 등록업체 30곳을 대상으로 실태조사에 나섭니다.

이달말까지 자체 점검표와 임대계약서 제출 등 서면조사를 실시하고 미흡한 업체에 대해서는 직접 현장 조사합니다.

자본금과 임원, 전문인력 확보 등 등록요건 준수와 변경 신고, 사업실적 미신고 등을 확인하게 됩니다.

제주도는 지난해 실태조사를 통해 과태료 18건과 등록취소 7건을 조치한 바 있습니다.
