Harye-1-ri and Hahyo Village, which have been in conflict over the Soesokkak Estuary water leisure business, reached an agreement for the first time through the Jeju conflict adjustment conference.

The two villages have held a total of 10 conferences since October last year and concluded the conflict by reaching a final agreement.

Meanwhile, the Soesokak Water Leisure Project, which Hahyo Village established and jointly operated with private businesses, has been in conflict for years
when Harye-1-ri began to claim rights.




레저사업 갈등 하효-하례, 갈등조정협의회 통해 합의


쇠소깍 수상레저사업을 두고 갈등을 빚어온 하례1리와 하효마을이 제주도 갈등조정협의회를 통해 처음으로 합의점을 찾았습니다.

두 마을은 지난해 10월부터 최근까지 모두 10차례에 걸쳐 갈등조정협의회의를 진행해 최종 합의를 도출하며 갈등을 일단락했습니다.

한편, 하효마을이 하효쇠소깍협동조합을 설립해 민간사업자와 공동으로 운영하고 있는 쇠소깍 수상레저사업은 쇠소깍을 공유하는 하례1리가 권리를 주장하면서 수년간 갈등을 빚어왔습니다.
