Improvements to transportation facilities at the entrance of Halla Arboretum have been made due to increased traffic.

The Jeju Municipal Police Bureau installed a crosswalk signal on the southern side of the intersection at the entrance of Halla Arboretum and improved surrounding walking paths.

In addition, the traffic signal duration has been extended in order to reduce traffic congestion for vehicles using Aejoro road.

So far, there have been five traffic accidents that occurred at the entrance intersection of Halla Arboretum during the past four years.




‘유동인구 증가' 한라수목원 입구 교통시설 개선


최근 제주경찰청 이전과 상가 신축 등으로
유동인구와 통행량이 늘어난 한라수목원 입구 교통 시설이 개선됐습니다.

제주도 자치경찰단은 한라수목원 입구 교차로 남쪽에 보행신호기를 설치하고 보행 동선을 개선했습니다.

또 애조로에서 진입하는 차량 혼잡도를 줄이기 위해 직진 신호 시간을 연장했습니다.

한편, 한라수목원 입구 교차로에서는 최근 4년동안 5건의 교통사고가 발생했습니다.
