The sky path from China, which had been blocked for three years due to COVID-19, is expected to reopen.

Initially, direct flights between Jeju and Hong Kong are expected to fly passengers as early as the 22nd of next month.

Accordingly, in time for the resumption of direct flights next year, the Hong Kong Tourism Board along with the Korea Tourism Organization Hong Kong branch will focus on promoting Jeju tourism.

As China begins to promote its ‘With COVID-19’ policy, the province expects to see the Chinese market open. Thus, Jeju has begun to promote marketing activities to attract Chinese tourists along with Hong Kong.




제주-홍콩 직항 다음달 재개…관광객 유치 본격화


코로나19로 3년간 막혀있던 중국발 하늘길이 다시 열릴 전망입니다.

제주도는 우선 제주와 홍콩을 오가는
직항노선이 이르면 다음달 22일부터 재개될 예정이라고 밝혔습니다.


이에따라 내년 직항노선 재개에 맞춰
홍콩 관광국과 한국관광공사 홍콩지사 등과 제주 관광 자원을 집중 홍보할 방침입니다.

제주도는 중국이 현재 위드 코로나 정책을 펼치고 있는 만큼 시장이 곧 풀릴 것으로 보고
홍콩을 시발점으로 중화권 관광객 유치를 위한 마케팅 활동에 나서기로 했습니다.
