Snow Spectacle on Halla mountain


Hallasan Mountain has turned white.
Snowflakes have fallen on each thin branch and a spectacular silver view has unfolded.

Viewers can admire this mysterious natural landscape.
People take many photos with their friends and family against the silvery backdrop.
Fathers are pulling sleds.
The field of snow is full of children's laughter.

The cold wind is turning faces red, but the laughter doesn’t stop.
The scene even brings adults back to their childhoods.
It's just fun to roll around in the snow.

We three sisters came to Jeju for the first time together. It's so nice to have snow. I think it's my first time falling into snow since I was very young.


A playful snowball battle erupts between friends, including one dressed in a red Santa Claus costume.
The snowball fight doesn’t let up, but Santa Claus and the rest are filled with laughter.
They’ve even forgotten about the freezing weather.

Our dress code is Santa Claus on Hallasan Mountain today. It's been a while since we have taken the time to come on a friendship trip. The mountain is so beautiful and I hope everybody comes to see this.


Though it was a cold snap that brought all this snow, islanders and tourists alike are making the best of it with friends, family and lots of fun.





한라산에 펼쳐진 은빛 세상 '장관'


한라산이 온통 하얀 옷을 갈아입었습니다.

앙상했던 나뭇가지마다
눈꽃이 내려 앉으면서 은빛 장관이 펼쳐졌습니다.

자연이 만들어 낸 신비로운 풍경에 감탄사가 절로 나옵니다.

친구와 가족들과 함께
한라산을 찾은 사람들은
멋진 설경을 배경으로 추억을 남겨봅니다.

소복히 쌓인 눈밭에는 눈썰매가 등장했습니다.

아빠와 함께하는 눈썰매에
아이들의 웃음 소리가 가득합니다.

찬 바람에 얼굴은 빨갛게 얼었지만
웃음꽃이
활짝 피었습니다.

어른들도 동심으로 돌아갔습니다.

눈밭에 구르고 넘어져도 즐겁기만 합니다.

세 자매가 (처음) 제주 여행 왔어요. 눈까지 와서 너무 좋네요. 어릴 때 (눈 속에) 푹푹 빠져보고 처음 빠져 보는 것 같아요.


한 쪽에서는
빨간 산타복 차림으로
한바탕 눈싸움이 벌어집니다.

쉴새없이 퍼붓는 눈덩이 공격에도 웃음이 터져 나옵니다.

친구들과 함께 놀다보니 어느새 추위는 잊혀집니다.
