Governor Oh Young-hoon’s election trial for charges of violating the Public Official Election Act, will begin in January next year.

The 2nd Criminal Division of the Jeju District Court will hold a trial preparation for Governor Oh on January 18. During the session they will summarize issues with prosecutors and lawyers.

Governor Oh was indicted on charges of paying meeting fees to a group and leading support for the election.

공직선거법 위반 혐의 등으로 기소된 오영훈 지사의 재판이 내년 1월부터 시작됩니다.

제주지방법원 제2형사부는 내년 1월 18일, 오영훈 지사의 공직선거법 위반 사건에 대한 공판 준비기일을 열고
검찰과 변호인과 쟁점 사항 등을 정리할 예정입니다.

오영훈 지사는 모 단체에 간담회 비용을 부담하고 경선 과정에서 지지선언을 주도한 혐의로 기소됐습니다.
