The Province will reduce the rent fee of public property used as shopping malls and offices for small business owners.

The reduction period is until the end of this year, and the rental rate will be reduced from the previous maximum of 2.5% to 1%.

This measure will offer rent reductions worth 1.33 billion won to 415 shopping malls and offices in the province, including underground shopping malls.

Rent reduction or exemption can be applied to administrative offices where the tenant has signed a lease contract. Refunds will also be possible for payments already made.





소상공인 공유재산 건물 임대료 감면…13억 혜택


제주특별자치도가 소상공인의 상가와 사무실 등으로 쓰이는 공유재산의 임대료를 감면합니다.

감면기간은 올 연말까지로 임대료 산정 비율을 기존 최고 2.5%에서 1%로 인하합니다.

이번 조치로 도내 지하상가 등 415개 상가와 사무실에 대해 13억 3천만원 상당의 임대료 감면 혜택이 주어집니다.

임대료 감면은 임차인이 임대차 계약을 맺은
행정부서에 신청하면 되며
이미 납부한 경우에도 환급받을수 있습니다.
