The Jeju horse breed registration process has been simplified.

Jeju Island announced that it has been conducting registration of Jeju Horses since the 13th by partially revising the Jeju Horse Registration Management Regulations.

With the revision, the procedure of confirming the appearance and equin coat color has been eliminated after they turn 24 months old.

In addition, the horse measurement processes which used to be mandatory along with evaluations conducted by the Jeju Registration Committee have all been excluded to simplify procedures.

제주마 혈통등록 절차가 간소화됐습니다.

제주도는 제주마등록관리 규정을 일부 개정해
지난 13일부터 혈통 등록 업무를 수행하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.

관리규정 개정으로 출생 후 24개월이 됐을 때 제주마의 외모와 모색을 확인하고
혈통 등록을 하는 절차가 삭제됐습니다.

또 씨수말 지정시 진행했던
체위조사와 제주마등록위원회 심사도
제외돼 절차가 간소화됐습니다.
